FAQ

Can we commission document design without a website?

Yes. You can commission only the material you need among decks, company profiles, qualification dossiers, proposals and digital books. Built alongside a website, the copy and brand design are aligned.

Can we start before the copy is finished?

If you have an existing profile, business material, a logo and references, we can start from the table of contents. Copywriting and proofreading scope is agreed separately, and factual material such as track record, certifications and financials is supplied and confirmed by you.

Can we get the editable slide file?

Slide deck scope includes an editable PPTX and a PDF for review. Editing-design source files and the licence scope for fonts and images are explained before the contract.

What form does a digital book take?

A PDF is the default; if you need a web viewer opened by link or a page-turning e-book, we build that as separate scope. Hosting, external viewer fees and maintenance are agreed in advance.

How are the timeline, cost and printing decided?

We quote on page count, copy readiness, the amount of chart and image work, revision rounds and the deadline. Preparing print-ready files and the actual printing and binding are agreed separately from digital delivery.
