Challenge

Hiring foreign workers is a complex service linking industries, visa eligibility, administrative steps and post-arrival support. Visitors had to find information fitting their situation without getting stuck on jargon, and move on to a consultation.

Approach

We re-ordered services from the provider's task list into the order companies actually ask. Key services and industry-specific workforce information are separated, with consultation actions wherever they're needed.

Key decisions

• Defining the service in one sentence — We condensed the core offer so the full range, from hiring to settling in, is clear on the first screen.
• Browse by industry — Information can be browsed by the workforce conditions companies look for, such as manufacturing and technical roles.
• Keeping consultation context — Action points repeat throughout so readers can always find the consultation path for the service they're interested in.

Result

We presented scattered recruitment support as one service system, with a flow where visitors check their conditions and then move to consultation.
